
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced
Property Manager
to oversee the daily operations for a client of ours in Florence. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of property management principles, and the ability to effectively manage resident relationships.
This position is temporary-to-hire, with standard hours of Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm.
Responsibilities:
Maintains property rentals by filling vacancies, negotiating and enforcing leases
Organizes property viewings
Inspects property conditions and coordinates inspections
Collects security deposits and rent payments
Maintains building systems
Prepares reports
Qualifications:
Excellent phone etiquette, communication, and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of legal administrative processes related to property leasing and management.
Detail-oriented and highly organized
Skilled in time management and the ability to prioritize tasks
Requirements:
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred)
3-5 years experience in real estate or sales preferred
3+ years management experience is preferred
SC Property Management Licensure
Compensation and Benefits:
$55K-62K
