
We are seeking a high-performance Business Development Expert to drive revenue growth across cybersecurity services, AI-enabled automation solutions, business process transformation, and enterprise IT advisory engagements.
This role is not transactional sales. It is strategic revenue leadership. The ideal candidate understands regulated environments (healthcare, financial services, insurance, government, and enterprise IT providers) and can translate complex technical capabilities into executive-level business outcomes.
You will own pipeline creation, executive engagement, strategic partnerships, and disciplined deal execution.
Key Responsibilities
Generate and qualify high-value opportunities in cybersecurity, AI automation, managed services, and IT consulting.
Build and manage a structured sales pipeline with clear forecasting discipline.
Lead multi-stakeholder enterprise sales cycles.
Cybersecurity & Risk Advisory Positioning
Position services such as:
vCISO / virtual CISO programs
NIST CSF 2.0 alignment
HIPAA Security Risk Assessments
Vulnerability Assessments & Penetration Testing
SIEM / EDR / SOC solutions
Cyber insurance readiness advisory
Translate regulatory and risk exposure into executive urgency and ROI justification.
Identify operational inefficiencies and position AI-driven automation solutions.
Propose workflow automation, data analytics enablement, and process redesign initiatives.
Collaborate with technical teams to scope AI use cases aligned to measurable business outcomes.
Business Process Optimization Advisory
Identify operational bottlenecks in IT governance, compliance, and service delivery.
Position structured frameworks (risk-based remediation, governance alignment, automation).
Support executive workshops and discovery sessions.
Strategic Relationship Management
Build relationships with CIOs, CISOs, COOs, CFOs, Compliance Officers, and Board Members.
Develop channel partnerships and vendor alliances.
Represent the company at industry events and executive forums.
Proposal & Deal Structuring
Lead RFP responses and executive proposal development.
Develop pricing models aligned to recurring revenue (MRC), project-based, and retainer structures.
Support contract negotiation and close discipline.
Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience in enterprise business development, preferably in:
Cybersecurity services
Managed Services (MSP/MSSP)
IT consulting
AI or automation platforms
Proven track record of closing six-figure to seven-figure deals.
Strong understanding of:
Cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, HIPAA, ISO 27001, SOC 2)
SIEM, EDR, SOC operations
Enterprise IT governance models
Experience selling into regulated industries is strongly preferred.
Excellent executive communication and negotiation skills.
