Sr Specialist, Global Marketing Operations Position Overview Salary: $83,000 - $109,000 (Financial compensation packages may be higher/lower than listed and will ultimately depend on factors including relevant experience, internal equity, skillset, knowledge, geography, education, business needs and market demand).

Support Neurovascular Marketing teams in planning and executing physician events and Marketing Communication initiatives. As an integral part of the Global Marketing team, lead planning of global physician site visits/training programs and other business development (BD) initiatives. Working closely with Marketing Communications Management, develop and continually improve key marketing and event strategies. Ensure seamless coordination across functions, particularly with neurovascular (NV) marketing teams, R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Compliance, and Sales to deliver impactful marketing programs and processes that support NV business operations.

Responsibilities

Develop, manage, and execute physician visit programs from concept through post‑event evaluation, ensuring alignment to commercial objectives.

Lead strategic planning, execution, and optimization of physician meetings, site visits, and commercial events.

Own and maintain the Monday.com board to provide timely and accurate dashboards to leadership.

Define, track, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program effectiveness, physician engagement, and business impact.

Manage and track annual program and event budgets, ensuring alignment to commercial objectives and fiscal responsibility.

Standardize marketing operation processes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Accountable for maintaining and tracking event invoices, submitting payments in a timely and accurate manner, and preparing and submitting project RINGIs.

Provide on‑site support for all necessary events.

Act as point of contact from global marketing for international brand representation, share information to regions, ensure cohesiveness, and create lasting relationships with international teams.

Comply with applicable laws and regulations, adhere to Quality Management System processes and requirements, and demonstrate ethics and integrity in all matters and at all levels throughout the organization.

Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

A minimum of five (5) to seven (7) years of professional marketing communications, marketing operations, or commercial support.

Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Excellent interpersonal, verbal and communication skills.

Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities with attention to detail.

Ability to work with multiple associates and customers and prioritize projects to meet deadlines.

Bachelor’s degree.

Strong MS Office proficiency (e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, etc.).

Desired Qualifications

Medical device industry experience.

Experience working in a regulated environment, e.g., healthcare, medical device, or pharmaceutical industry.

Experience supporting physician programs, clinical education, or R&D.

Experience working effectively and confidently in a team environment.

Excellent project management skills and ability to work cross‑functionally.
