About The Role Ana Luisa is looking for a talented Graphic Designer with a passion for building modern brands to join our Creative team at a moment of exciting growth and evolution. In this role, you will help shape the future of our visual identity by bringing bold ideas, thoughtful craft, and innovative design solutions to life across every touchpoint. You will contribute to the creation of high‑impact visuals that elevate our brand storytelling, integrated campaigns, and key marketing moments. From seasonal launches and product drops to e‑commerce, retail, and print, your work will play a central role in defining how Ana Luisa shows up in the world. At the heart of Ana Luisa is innovation, both in how we build our brand and in how we create. The ideal candidate brings a sharp eye for elevated design, a detail‑obsessed mindset, and a curiosity for new tools, trends, and creative possibilities. This role reports to the Senior Designer.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Design and execute high‑quality creative assets across brand and campaign work

Translate briefs into refined layouts, mockups, and final deliverables that balance concept, craft, and clarity

Contribute to integrated campaigns and key brand moments, including product launches, seasonal initiatives, and global storytelling

Design across a wide range of touchpoints, including digital, print, web, email, retail, packaging, and experiential needs

Execute post‑production (designed and native) of social assets

Support the development of visual systems, templates, and toolkits to ensure consistency and scalability across channels

Maintain Ana Luisa’s brand identity standards, ensuring all work feels cohesive, premium, and elevated

Leverage both traditional and emerging tools, including AI‑assisted workflows, to explore, adapt, and iterate creative efficiently when needed

Support art direction needs across social and e‑commerce

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field preferred

3–5 years of professional design experience, ideally within branding agencies, fashion/luxury, or direct‑to‑consumer brands

Portfolio demonstrating strong expertise across brand identity, campaign creative, and multi‑channel design systems

Examples demonstrating end‑to‑end creative contribution for campaigns, product launches, or brand storytelling – from concept through shoot execution and final assets

Strong foundation in typography, layout, image‑making, and premium visual execution

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma

Strong understanding of both digital design and print production workflows

Comfort working in a fast‑paced creative environment, balancing multiple projects and deliverables

Familiarity with AI or generative tools as part of a modern creative workflow

Motion design or video editing experience (After Effects, Premiere) is a plus

Art direction experience is a plus, including concept development, pre‑production planning, on‑set direction, and post‑production oversight

Compensation As required by the New York State salary transparency law, the expected base salary for this position ranges from $75,000–$85,000. Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skills, training, experience, and our organizational structure.
