Job Summary Associa is looking for a Graphic Designer to join our growing Marketing team to craft innovative and delightful customer experiences across our family of brands. As a Graphic Designer, you are responsible for designing and producing a diverse range of print, web, email, and digital media collateral. The role requires knowledge of all aspects of design and the ability to develop creative ideas and work in a fast-paced environment. You'll work closely with our Marketing team and internal stakeholders. The Graphic Designer reports to the Art Director.

Job Duties and Responsibilities Duties include, but are not limited to:

Collaborate with the Art Director and design team to deliver creative work and maintain brand consistency through a variety of channels for over 100+ brands

Think innovatively to produce new ideas and concepts for ads, brochures, emails, flyers, postcards, logos, social media graphics, outdoor signage, banners, stationery, and other artwork

Create a variety of digital content, including eBooks, videos, social posts, and imagery for internal and external channels, including, but not limited to intranet, email, website, blog, and socials

Assist with editing and crafting proposals and presentations for new business pursuits

Support digital brands with designing articles for the in-house, quarterly lifestyle magazine

Preferred Qualifications

Basic understanding of various email platforms (i.e. Pardot, Marketing Cloud, Aptly, etc.)

Good time management, organizational skills, and the ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously

Proven ability to adapt to new technologies and software for project efficiency and effect

Requirements

1-3+ years of graphic design experience

Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and work experience

Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.)

Strong attention to detail

Remain fluent in understanding and interpreting design strategy

Great taste, instincts, and knowledge of emerging design trends

Excellent collaboration and communication skillsProofread to produce accurate and high-quality work

Deliver high-quality, on-brand designs with little oversight

Experience working closely with internal teams (sales, branches, product teams, etc.)

Self-motivated with the ability to manage many projects at once and meet tight deadlines

A solid understanding of design principles, including layout, typography, and color theory

Ability to interpret creative briefs and provide solutions to capture goals and exceed business needs

Proficient with Microsoft Office
