KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The Marketing Manager owns the firm’s marketing strategy and execution across digital, content, email, events, and community engagement. This role translates business goals into integrated marketing programs and is accountable for measurable outcomes in a compliance-conscious environment.
Develop and manage annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with growth goals
Own execution of email, digital, content, and event marketing campaigns
Manage CRM and marketing platforms including segmentation, database hygiene, and reporting
Oversee content creation and brand consistency
Plan and execute client and community events- digital and offline
Manage external vendors and partners
Ensure regulatory and brand compliance
Deliver monthly performance reporting and optimization insights
OPERATIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Own marketing strategy and execution
Manage integrated campaigns and channels
Track performance and optimize results
Oversee content and brand standards
Coordinate events and community initiatives
Manage vendors and ensure compliance
Report insights to leadership
QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum 5 years of hands-on marketing experience
Experience in professional or financial services preferred
Strong writing, project management, and analytical skills
Experience with CRM (Zoho preferred), marketing automation, and analytics tools

Ability to manage multiple initiatives, analyze data, communicate effectively, and work in a dynamic environment.
