About the Role This is a part-time/full-time, Entry Level Brand Ambassador role, located in Newport News, VA. Staff will support various marketing initiatives, assist with campaign execution, conduct market research, and collaborate with team members to contribute to the success of client projects. Additional duties may include event planning, recruiting, and territory development as needed. This role provides opportunities to gain practical experience in a fun and professional marketing environment.
Responsibilities

Events relationship management
Training and coaching others
Qualifications
Strong communication skills, including verbal and written communication
Basic knowledge of marketing concepts and ability to assist with campaign strategies
Confidence to speak to people face-to-face on a regular daily basis
Creativity and adaptability to assist with innovative approaches to marketing and problem-solving
Required Skills
Basic marketing knowledge
Research proficiency
Creativity and adaptability
Preferred Skills
Experience in event planning/execution
Sales and/or Customer Service
Hunger to learn AND win
Pay range and compensation package Est. $800-1200 weekly / $40k-60k
*Due to the nature of our work, you will need to have your own personal vehicle for this role.
