You are a confident salesperson in the Telekom Shop team. In consultations, you impress customers with your understanding of their needs, applying your extensive specialist knowledge in a targeted manner and bringing our product world to life. You support your colleagues in technical matters with your professional experience and expertise.As a salesperson in the Telekom Shop, you will take on the following tasks:* You will advise on and sell standard products and services* You will take on service tasks at the service counter, including troubleshooting with simple means* You will clarify critical and complex customer concerns and process customer orders according to system specifications, including data maintenance* You will participate in product-specific sales promotion measures in the region* You will assist with the training/instruction of employees in the shop**Requirements**
You have completed vocational training and specific task-related further training or have equivalent professional experience. Due to your specialist professional experience, you already have specialist knowledge in sales.You also have the following knowledge and skills:Confident manner and enjoyment of salesKnowledge of the Telekom product range or willingness to acquire this knowledgeHigh degree of goal orientation, commitment, flexibility, and resilienceWillingness to work during standard business hours and customer peak timesWell-groomed appearanceSales and negotiation skillsYour application may be processed by external service providers in Germany.
