Job Purpose The
Workforce Communications - Executive & Leadership
role is responsible for crafting and delivering high‑impact, strategic messaging for the CEO, Global Leadership Team (GLT), and the company’s top executives. This position drives executive visibility and thought leadership, ensuring clarity, alignment and inspiration within the organization. The role partners closely with senior leaders to amplify their influence, foster engagement, and position the company’s leadership as authentic and effective spokespeople internally.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the executive communications strategy, ensuring alignment with company vision, values, and business priorities.
Serve as the primary advisor and content creator for the CEO and GLT, producing speeches, letters, videos, presentations, and internal event messaging.
Launch and manage premium communication programs for the top 250 leaders, including toolkits, coaching, and leadership visibility initiatives.
Drive thought leadership by identifying and amplifying key messages, stories, and achievements from the executive team.
Oversee the planning and execution of internal leadership events and town halls.
Partner with Corporate Communications, HR, and other business functions to ensure consistency and integration of executive messaging across all channels.
Measure the impact of executive communications, using feedback and analytics to continuously improve strategy and execution.
Maintain a best‑practices library and provide coaching to leaders on effective communication and spokesperson skills.
Ensure all executive communications reflect the company’s tone, culture, and strategic objectives.
Experience Required
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in executive communications, internal communications, or corporate affairs within a large, complex organization.
Proven track record of advising and supporting C‑suite executives and senior leaders.
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills, with experience producing content for multiple formats (written, video, live events).
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple high‑profile initiatives simultaneously.
Experience with leadership visibility programs and executive coaching.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with senior stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with experience measuring communication effectiveness and driving continuous improvement.
