Guide buyers through the new home sales process with expertise.
Continuously train to sharpen your skills and product knowledge.
Build brand awareness and drive traffic through local networking and marketing initiatives.
Use CRM tools to track leads and manage sales activities.
Shape builder decisions through strategic, expert‑level community management.
What We’re Looking For
Must work onsite and be available weekends.
2+ years in sales, customer service, or real estate with a record of high performance.
Excellent communication, relationship‑building, and adaptability skills.
Proficient with presentation software platforms and CRM systems; AI‑driven tools are a plus.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; must obtain a real estate license during training.
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and vehicle liability insurance.
What You’ll Earn
Guaranteed salary during training and ramp‑up period (up to 5 months), then transition to a performance‑based plan with uncapped commissions. Half of your commission is paid upfront and the rest at closing.
