Essential Functions
Generate new group and catering business through prospecting, cold calls, and site visits.
Build relationships with local vendors and regional feeder markets.
Manage the full sales cycle: proposals, contracts, and BEOs.
Drive revenue through targeted outreach and market development.
Qualifications
2+ years of hotel sales experience with a focus on groups, banquets, and catering.
Established relationships with wedding planners, corporate travel planners, and regional partners preferred.
Proficiency in Tripleseat and Opera; Marriott experience strongly preferred.
Local market knowledge of Mendocino County and key feeder markets including the Bay Area, Napa/Sonoma, and Sacramento.
