We are looking for a
high-impact Manufacturer Sales Representative
to be the face of our brand in the food service ecosystem. This is more than a sales role—you will act as a
trusted strategic partner
to our distributors.
In this role, you will be on the front lines of our growth,
building strong relationships , leading
engaging product trainings , and driving
market share expansion
through creative, data-driven sales initiatives.
Schedule: Traditional sales work shift.
Requirements
Experience in foodservice distributor sales or manufacturer representation preferred.
Food broker sales representative
Highly self-motivated with strong strategic and creative thinking skills.
Ability to live within the territory and travel using a reliable personal vehicle.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Spanish/English bilingual a plus.
Responsibilities
Conduct daily sales calls with foodservice distributors and collaborate with their sales teams to identify and develop new business opportunities.
Drive sales growth through cold calling, networking, and execution of strategic territory plans to exceed performance objectives.
Lead engaging in-person and virtual training sessions, district meetings, and presentations to educate partners on our products and value proposition.
Representing the company at food shows and industry events requires the ability to stand for extended periods (8+ hours) and lift/move up to 50 lbs.
Maintain a consistent travel schedule, including overnight travel, using a personal vehicle to ensure strong market coverage.
