This is a vital entry-level role designed to help you "open the doors" to a long-term career in automotive service, sales, or parts. At a starting rate of $18/hrwhich is significantly above the average Arizona porter salarywe provide the training you need to succeed. Primary Duties: Guest Relations: Greet guests upon arrival with a professional and friendly attitude to ensure a seamless customer experience. Vehicle Logistics: Move and park new and customer vehicles efficiently to support dealership flow and display standards. Guest Care: Wash, vacuum, and clean the interior/exterior of guest vehicles to ensure they are presentable prior to returning to the guest. Operational Support: Assist the service department by moving cars into technician bays and organizing the lot as needed. Qualifications & Requirements: Driving Record: Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record. Compliance: Candidates must be able to pass a drug screening and a comprehensive background check. Physical Ability: Ability to work outdoors and remain on your feet for extended periods. Professionalism: A commitment to punctuality and a willingness to learn the ropes of a fast-paced dealership environment.
