Overview
Oversees business lending and relationship operations, ensuring alignment with Business Services management to deliver excellent service to members and frontline staff. Supports the Vice President in providing strategic leadership for the commercial lending division, including oversight of the lending team, as well as indirect management of the commercial loan portfolio. Qualifications
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, or an equivalent combination of training and work experience. Five-year related experience and/or training, including prior management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Understanding of financial analysis and determination of credit worthiness. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Be able to adapt to changes in responsibilities as the business climate dictates
