We're hiring a Regional Sales Executive to own a defined territory while leveraging CCS's national platform. This is not a desk job. This is not a "wait for leads" role. This is a market-building position. You will: Build relationships within your region Be active in local apartment associations Attend and sponsor industry events Drop into 50+ properties per week Leverage social media and your network to grow the CCS brand Turn local relationships into regional and national portfolio opportunities If you're competitive, relationship-driven, and want uncapped upside - this role is for you. $50,000 base salary $90,000-$130,000+ first-year earning potential Uncapped commissions Company vehicle Fuel card Expense account Healthcare, dental, and vision 401(k) with company match PTO High performers will significantly exceed OTE. What You'll Do
Prospect and close new multifamily accounts Develop long-term relationships with property managers, regional managers, and ownership groups Maintain consistent in-person presence in your territory Actively participate in apartment association events and industry networking Identify portfolio expansion opportunities Work closely with operations to ensure smooth service rollouts Represent CCS with professionalism and energy in the market What We're Looking For
Required Traits Self-starter with high personal accountability Comfortable with heavy in-person prospecting Highly organized and consistent with follow-up Relationship-focused but results-driven Willing to be in the field daily Experience B2B sales experience preferred Multifamily industry experience is a strong plus Apartment association involvement is a plus Why CCS?
