Ready to revolutionize how people access legal help? We're building something special at our Austin, TX office, and we need a driven Inside Sales Executive to join our founding Go-To-Market team. This isn't your typical sales role; you're not just closing deals, you're opening doors to justice and connecting people with legal solutions that can change their lives. As an early member of our Inside Sales team, you'll be on the front lines of our mission to democratize legal services. With every conversation you have, every client you help, you'll be reshaping an industry that's been stuck in the past for far too long. This is an in-person role based in our Austin office. What You'll Do: Be the welcoming first voice for clients seeking legal support - you're their guide through what can be an intimidating process Conduct consultative conversations across phone, email, and live chat to understand client needs and pain points Leverage your knowledge to assess situations, ask the right questions, and position our solutions with confidence Convert Interest into Action: Transform inbound leads into satisfied clients through your exceptional rapport-building skills Masterfully navigate objections and concerns, turning hesitation into enthusiasm Move fast, think strategically, and close deals that directly impact our revenue trajectory Shape Our Sales Playbook: As part of our founding GTM team, you'll help define what "best practices" means for our business Contribute insights from client conversations to refine our messaging, offerings, and sales approach Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure every client has an exceptional experience from first contact through case resolution Crush Your Targets: Hit and exceed sales goals in a high-energy, metrics-driven environment Take ownership of your numbers and hustle to make things happen What You'll Bring: Previous experience in a competitive sales environment with demonstrated results A demonstrated understanding of the law such as a legal degree, previous experience as a paralegal or legal assistant, or previous experience working in a regulated industry High attention to detail and strong organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills You thrive in a goal-oriented, fast paced environment A motivation to learn and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment Interview Process: Introductory call with our Talent team 1:1 with our VP, Business Development Live role-play with our Director of Inbound Sales, UK Values interview with our Head of AI & Co-Founder We offer!
