You’ll help the team understand not just *what* happened, but *why*, and what we should do next.**What’s involved*** Creating data‑led customer audiences for campaigns using Salesforce Data Cloud and SQL* Analysing campaign performance across email and SMS to understand what’s working* Drawing actionable customer insights that directly influence campaign and commercial decisions* Identifying patterns, opportunities and emerging behaviours across PowerPass customers* Translating insights into clear recommendations* Presenting insights to stakeholders across Loyalty, Marketing, and Commercial teams* Contributing to test‑and‑learn strategies to improve personalisation and engagement* Partnering with Marketing as they increasingly self‑serve audience selection, shifting your focus to deeper customer understanding**Who we’re looking for**You are an analytical, curious problem solver who loves digging into data to uncover the “why” behind customer behaviour. You’re someone who doesn’t just produce reports — you tell the story in a way that influences decisions.You’re proactive, comfortable asking questions, and confident communicating insights to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.**You’ll need*** Experience working with customer data and deriving insights that drive business value using SQL* Strong analytical capability — able to turn raw data into meaningful, actionable insights* Experience with SQL for building and understanding customer audiences* Experience using Power BI for data visualisation and reporting* Exposure to a CDP or Salesforce Data Cloud (highly advantageous)* Ability to work with different data types and think creatively about what the data *means** Experience in retail or customer‑centric environments beneficial* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills**You’ll be part of a workplace where you’ll feel like you belong.**We love the diversity across our teams, brought together in an inclusive culture guided by our values.
