We are looking for highly motivated, outgoing individuals to join our Kurtz Family of Businesses, where you're not just an employeeyou're truly a valued member of our family. At Kurtz Bros, Inc. we produce the finest topsoil, mulch, and compost for beautiful yards and gardens. We hire at our nine store locations: Avon, Akron, Broadview Heights, Garfield Heights, Hudson, North Canton, Strongsville, Valley View & Willowick. Our typical time frame for hires is approximately 6 months but can vary based on our season/availability. Seasonal employees are eligible for some benefits, 401k and employee discounts! (*waiting period applies). For each season an employee returns, they are eligible for: Paid Time Off Holiday Pay Up to $1,000 Return Bonus Some positions may turn into full-time, year-round positions. We are looking for reliable CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVES who enjoy a fast-paced environment, can handle multi-tasking and enjoy assisting customers at our store locations. This position requires the use of a computer, phone, register and the occasional trip outside in our product areas. You'll need to do basic math to quote and prepare orders for our customers

we will train you! Basic Requirements: Regular, consistent and punctual attendance is required. May need to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and additional hours as necessary Ability to do basic math & use a computer Ability to listen and follow instructions Environment: Required to sit, stand, lift, kneel, bend, type, use personal computer, telephone, and two way radio Exposure to loud noises, hot/cold temperatures, dust, and other environmental factors Take Root With The Kurtz Family & Apply Today.
