Client Engagement Specialists
within our travel services division.
In this remote role, you will combine customer support excellence with travel advisory expertise — guiding clients through planning, booking, and managing customized vacations. From tropical beach escapes to international adventures, you will ensure every client experience is seamless, personalized, and memorable.

What You Will Do
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout their travel journey
Assist with researching and coordinating flights, hotels, cruises, tours, and vacation packages
Provide destination insights and personalized travel recommendations
Deliver timely, professional support via phone, email, and online platforms
Manage reservations, confirmations, itinerary updates, and travel changes
Proactively engage with clients to ensure satisfaction before, during, and after travel
Maintain accurate client records and booking documentation
Stay current on travel promotions, supplier partnerships, and industry trends
Qualifications
Strong customer service and relationship-building skills
Clear and confident written and verbal communication
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively
Comfortable navigating multiple online systems
Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
Reliable internet connection
Must be 18+ years old
Must reside in the U.S., U.K., or another eligible hiring region
No prior travel industry experience required — full training provided
Compensation & Structure
Remote independent contractor opportunity
Commission-based earnings with performance incentives
