We are seeking
three Graphic Design Specialists
to support the Naval Postgraduate School’s Extended Campus programs. These roles focus on producing high‑quality visual materials for academic, educational, and institutional communications. The ideal candidates bring advanced design expertise, strong creative instincts, and the ability to deliver polished work in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment. Key Responsibilities
Design and produce visual assets for academic programs, marketing materials, web content, and institutional communications. Collaborate with faculty and staff to translate concepts into compelling visual designs. Create graphics for print, digital, advertising, and web‑based platforms. Ensure all design products meet brand standards, accessibility guidelines, and quality expectations. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail. Provide creative input and support for multimedia and instructional design initiatives. Required Qualifications
5 years of advanced design experience
in a professional environment. MA/MS degree
in visual design, graphic arts, or a related professional discipline. Ability to obtain and maintain a
Public Trust
clearance. Desired Qualifications
Demonstrated artistic talent supported by a strong professional portfolio. Training and experience across all areas of graphic arts, including advertising and web graphics. Excellent written and oral communication skills, including proofreading. Ability to thrive in a
fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment
while maintaining high‑quality output. Proven ability to work independently and as a well‑organized, detail‑oriented team contributor. Additional Information

onsite work
at the Naval Postgraduate School in Monterey, CA. U.S. Citizenship is required for clearance eligibility.
