
The
User Experience (UX) Designer
is responsible for designing intuitive, engaging, and user-centered digital experiences across web, mobile, and enterprise platforms. This role collaborates with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into compelling UX designs that enhance usability, accessibility, and customer satisfaction. The position is fully remote and requires strong creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills. This position is strictly limited to candidates who currently reside in the United States and are legally authorized to work in the U.S. Applications from individuals residing outside the United States will be rejected. Key Responsibilities
Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions
Develop wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity designs for digital products
Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design solutions with business goals
Apply UX best practices and accessibility standards (WCAG) to ensure inclusive design
Maintain consistency across products by adhering to design systems and brand guidelines
Translate complex requirements into simple, intuitive, visually appealing user experiences
Analyze user behavior data and feedback to continually improve UX design
Stay up-to-date with emerging UX trends, tools, and technologies
Present design concepts and rationale effectively to internal teams and clients
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, or a related field
3–5 years of experience
in UX design, interaction design, or product design roles
Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design, problem-solving, and digital product design
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar)
Knowledge of responsive design, accessibility standards, and usability principles
Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a remote environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing enterprise or SaaS applications
Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) concepts
UX research experience, including usability testing, surveys, and analytics
Experience creating and maintaining design systems
Certifications in UX or human-centered design
Compensation
Annual Salary Range:
$85,000 – $120,000 USD , based on experience, expertise, and portfolio quality
