Design Producer
who’s passionate about design, organization, and cross‑functional collaboration. If you thrive in fast‑paced environments, love solving complex UX problems, and enjoy guiding product design from concept to delivery, this role is for you. Job Title: Design Producer – Media & Internal Tools Location: Culver city, CA Contract: 12 Months Key Responsibilities: Represent the design team and manage cross‑functional partnerships. Create detailed project plans, define milestones, and track progress. Lead design workshops, brainstorms, and structured design reviews. Capture decisions, risks, and action items through clear meeting notes. Track and report project health weekly—highlighting risks and timelines. Support planning and prioritization alongside Design Managers. Coordinate workload and negotiate priorities under tight schedules. Ensure timely delivery of design assets and specifications to engineering. Partner with Product & Engineering to maintain design integrity during implementation. Continuously refine communication and workflow processes. Required Qualifications 7+ years as a design producer, project manager, or similar role (software design, digital, or creative agency experience preferred). Strong understanding of UX/UI processes, product design, and design delivery. Knowledge of desktop, mobile, and native app design best practices. Experience bridging design, engineering, marketing, business, and product teams. Ability to break down complex workflows and adapt to rapid change. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver results under pressure. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
