About the Role We’re looking for a Field & Growth Marketing Manager to help scale predictable pipeline across direct B2B and partner-led (B2B2B) motions.

As a hyper-growth cybersecurity company, we’ve validated product-market fit and are now focused on repeatable revenue growth. This role is responsible for designing, executing, and scaling field and growth programs that directly support revenue goals across regions, segments, and partners.

You’ll work closely with Sales, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations to turn strategy into execution and execution into measurable pipeline impact.

This is a highly visible, hands‑on role for someone who thrives in a fast‑moving environment and is comfortable being accountable for results.

What You’ll Do: Field Marketing & Regional Pipeline Execute field marketing programs across priority regions and segments in close alignment with Sales and Marketing leadership.

Programs include:

In‑person and virtual events

Executive dinners and roundtables

Partner co‑marketing events

Conferences and sponsored activations

Ensure each program is aligned to clear outcomes, including meetings set, pipeline created, and deal acceleration.

Partner & B2B2B Growth

Co‑hosted events and webinars

Joint campaigns with resellers, platforms, or ecosystem partners

Enablement of partners with messaging, assets, and campaign playbooks

Work with the Partnerships team to support:

Partner‑sourced pipeline

Partner‑influenced opportunities

Adapt messaging and programs for indirect sales motions.

Growth & Demand Programs Launch scalable growth campaigns across:

Paid media (LinkedIn, search, retargeting)

Email and lifecycle marketing

Content and ABM‑style campaigns for key accounts

Test and optimize messaging, offers, and channels to improve conversion and efficiency.

Translate learnings into repeatable growth playbooks.

Act as the primary marketing partner for Sales leaders and reps.

Align programs to territory plans, target accounts and verticals, and quarterly pipeline goals.

Build clear follow‑up plans, sales assets, and enablement for every campaign.

Measurement, Reporting & Scale

Own performance tracking and reporting for all field and growth programs.

Measure impact across pipeline sourced and influenced, cost per opportunity, and conversion rates by channel and partner.

Partner with RevOps to maintain clean attribution and forecasting confidence.

Use data to prioritize what scales, and cut what doesn’t.

What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months)

Consistent, predictable pipeline contribution from field, growth, and partner programs.

Strong alignment with Sales and Partnerships, reflected in program adoption and follow‑up.

Documented, repeatable playbooks for field events, partner co‑marketing, and regional growth campaigns.

Clear reporting that ties marketing activity to revenue outcomes.

You Might Thrive In This Role If You Bring

4–7+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, field marketing, or growth marketing.

Proven track record of driving pipeline and revenue impact.

Experience working closely with Sales and Partnerships teams.

Strong program management skills with the ability to run multiple initiatives in parallel.

Analytical mindset with comfort using data to guide decisions.

Experience in a scale‑up or high‑growth B2B environment.

Experience supporting partner‑led or indirect sales motions (B2B2B).

Hands‑on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce.com.

Hands‑on experience with paid acquisition platforms (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads).

Experience with ABM or account‑based field marketing.

This means modernizing workflows, tightening feedback loops with Sales, and creating programs that drive pipeline now while steadily improving how we operate.

This role is an opportunity to lead execution of pipeline‑driving field and growth programs during a formative stage of the company. As a senior individual contributor reporting directly to the VP of Marketing, you will operate in motion, running events, campaigns, and partner programs, while helping shape the playbooks, processes, and measurements behind them.
