Why This Role Matters The Content & Social Media Marketing Specialist plays a crucial role in growing LOVING’s digital presence, enhancing audience engagement, and supporting campaigns that drive brand awareness and qualified leads. This role bridges creative content development with strategic campaign coordination and ensures our messaging is impactful across digital and traditional channels.

What Success Looks Like

Develop high-quality content for digital channels (website, blogs, email, social) and print materials that reflect LOVING’s voice and brand standards

Create and manage social media content calendars and posting schedules across platforms

Grow LOVING’s social media presence through content that generates real engagement, including followers, comments, shares, clicks, and inbound interest

Create social content that performs, not just looks good, and understand what makes people stop scrolling and interact

Support the planning, execution, and tracking of digital campaign initiatives, including reporting and optimization

Coordinate creative assets, campaign messaging, and launch timelines across platforms to ensure continuity and impact

Execute email marketing and automation initiatives using Marketing Cloud

Manage lead tracking, campaign data, and audience insights within Sales Cloud to support alignment between marketing and sales outcomes

Analyze content and channel performance and recommend improvements that increase reach, engagement, and conversions

Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on brand messaging, campaign timing, and performance goals

What Sets You Apart

4+ years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, social media, or related roles

Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to create content for blogs, emails, social, and print

Proven experience building and managing social media platforms with measurable engagement (followers, comments, clicks, and growth)

A strong understanding of what drives performance on social, including trends, timing, content formats, and audience behavior

Experience managing social media calendars, publishing tools, and engagement tracking

Familiarity with campaign coordination, performance reporting, and analytics

Experience with Marketing Cloud and Sales Cloud or similar CRM/automation platforms

Strong organization skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

A proactive, ownership‑driven mindset with high attention to detail

Experience with paid advertising, keyword and audience targeting, or familiarity with design tools.

The Pay Range For This Role Is 50,000 - 60,000 USD per year (Charlotte, NC)
