
Radiant Express Car Wash is seeking a Marketing Manager to lead our marketing initiatives and contribute to our growth. At Radiant Express, our mission is to create the best, most engaging human experience in the professional automotive wash industry. Since our inception in May 2019, we have expanded to 10 locations throughout Central Florida, with more on the horizon. Role Description The Marketing Manager will develop and execute marketing strategies to promote brand awareness and increase customer engagement. Responsibilities include managing digital campaigns, overseeing social media presence, analyzing market trends, researching customer needs, creating promotional content, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to drive data‑driven marketing initiatives effectively.

Qualifications Strategic marketing skills, including branding, campaign management, and planning Experience with digital marketing, including social media management and SEO optimization Content creation and management skills, including copywriting and editing Strong analytical abilities and familiarity with market research and performance metrics Ability to develop and execute multi‑channel marketing plans tied to company goals Experience managing local and digital marketing initiatives Strong understanding of guest behavior/loyalty programs/and membership models Proficiency in communication, collaboration, and project management Proficiency with marketing tools and software (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM platforms) Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field 50% of time spent in the field/regularly visit all locations Enjoy working in an outdoor, fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment Valid driver’s license/ able to travel by car to all locations Successful completion of background check
