Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram of Arlington is actively seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated Sales Consultants with integrity and strong communication and interpersonal skills. Sales Consultants are essential to the dealership as they are responsible for assisting customers in finding and purchasing a vehicle, guiding them through the transaction, and ensuring positive customer experiences.

Role Responsibilities
Needs Assessment and Vehicle Selection:
Determine customer needs and preferences, including budget and features of the desired vehicle. The Sales Consultant will assist customers explore vehicles with test drives and explain characteristics and capabilities.
Promotion, Sales, and Follow-Up:
Introduce and negotiate competitive vehicle pricing, financing options, incentives, and other terms of the sales process. The Sales Consultant must maintain a follow-up system after each deal that encourages repeat and referral business.
Paperwork:
Submit, process, and complete customer vehicle sales documentation (applications, insurance information, trade title, etc.) to the Finance and Insurance Producer.
Training and Goals:
Attend product and retail seminars as requested by the manufacturer. The Sales Consultant is required to obtain weekly and monthly sales generation targets set by the dealership's Sales Management Team.
Employee Prerequisites
Onboarding process completed within days of applying!
Basic computer operating, mathematics, problem solving knowledge.
Sales experience and knowledge of the automotive industry. CRM software is a bonus.
