Job Description Marketing coordinator with 3-5 years of marketing experience, focused on supporting channel marketing programs and retail initiatives. This role is ideal for someone creative, self‑directed and who enjoys working with retailer partners to execute the customer journey both online and in‑store. The candidate will work closely with Creative, Marketing, and Sales teams to ensure partner enablement business needs and KPIs are met in a fast‑paced environment.
BA/BS in Business or Marketing‑related field or similar work experience 3-5 years’ experience in channel marketing, marketing project management, or related marketing field Knowledge of consumer Electronic market, industry trends, market conditions and competitive landscape Experience managing collaborative workload within timeframes Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills
Proficiency with Salesforce and all GSuite work applications
We are seeking an enthusiastic and self‑directed Marketing Coordinator to join our North America Partner Enablement team. In this role, you will help plan, manage, and track channel marketing programs that engage consumers both online and in‑store. The ideal candidate is creative and innovative, with a strong understanding of the retail landscape and a proven ability to influence and communicate effectively across teams. The candidate will collaborate closely with Creative, Marketing, and Sales partners to build requirements and deliver on business needs in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.
Responsibilities
Leading marketing strategy and tactics for corresponding business objectives
Driving & executing marketing budgets required to achieve KPIs/objectives
Managing day-to-day account activities with account marketing counterpart
Executing & reporting channel marketing activities and events
Aggregating cross‑functional activity from visual merchandising and field services to show a holistic view of account activities
Managing creative asset requirements, and asset requests to help ensure creative is delivered on time and to specifications
Routing creative assets between external and internal teams for review, approval and final handoff
Reporting weekly updates on Partner Enablement activities and performance
Partnering with cross‑functional team to launch products and and promotions in‑store and online
Applying comprehensive knowledge in channel marketing and retail
Demonstrating value to internal and external partners by sharing expertise on product features.

Channel marketing take data and translation
Experience with visual merchandising and field services
Background in launching products and promotions in‑store and online
