Job Summary The Social Media & Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for supporting and executing paid and organic digital marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and patient recruitment across Atlas Clinical Research and its network of sites.
Key Responsibilities Social Media & Digital Advertising
Develop and implement promotional strategies and marketing campaigns to promote
Atlas Clinical Research, and it’s sites designed to increase awareness amongst patients,
clients, potential clients and community organizations
Plan, execute, and optimize paid and organic social media campaigns across platforms
such as Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google, LinkedIn and other digital channels
Draft and refine ad copy, headlines, calls-to-action, and creative briefs aligned with
campaign goals and compliance requirements
Identify daily social media priorities and ensure the catchment has a comprehensive
plan for promotion online
Coordinate creative assets for digital advertising, including images, short-form video,
and landing page content
Campaign Performance & Optimization
Monitor active campaigns for pacing, lead volume, and efficiency
Track and analyze key performance metrics including impressions, clicks, conversions, and cost per lead
Recommend optimizations to improve performance, targeting, and messaging
Stay up to date on current trends in online marketing, including best practicies, new technologies and applications
Retention/Patient Experience (Customer Satisfaction)
Support patient retention and satisfaction by ensuring digital marketing and social media content sets clear, accurate expectations about study participation
Monitor social media comments and engagement for patient sentiment and recurring themes, escalating insights to the Marketing Manager as needed
Collaboration & Reporting
Participate in weekly recruitment and marketing meetings to provide campaign updates
Prepare regular performance summaries and insights for internal stakeholders
Support patient retention and experience initiatives across digital touchpoints
Work closely with site staff to create marketing materials that promote Atlas’ services to patients, clients (sponsors and CROs), and community organizations

Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage projects.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Proficient with MS Office and programs such as HTML, WordPress, Canva and Sprout Social.
Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms.
Bachelors’ degree in marketing, public relations, communications or business.
0-2 Years Experience Preferred.
Experience in medical/healthcare field is a plus but not required.
