in-house marketing agency is looking for an

Account Executive

who loves building relationships, solving problems, and delivering marketing that actually works. This role is perfect for a marketing pro who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and enjoys being the go-to person clients trust.

What You'll Do (aka Where You Shine)

Being the primary point of contact for assigned clients-building strong, trusted relationships from day one.

Leading the strategy, planning, and execution of marketing initiatives aligned with client goals, budgets, and market conditions.

Partnering closely with our Traffic Manager, creative team, and accounts team to keep projects moving smoothly, on time, and on budget.

Translating client needs into clear creative direction and actionable plans.

Managing day-to-day campaign execution while keeping clients informed and confident.

Spotting opportunities to grow existing accounts and help bring in new business.

Presenting agency work, proposals, and results with confidence.

Staying on top of client brands, products, and industry trends.

Representing Growth by Design at industry and community events.

What Makes You a Great Fit

Associate degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field (Bachelor's preferred).

At least 2 years of hands‑on experience managing client relationships in marketing, communications, or Public Relations.

Strong organizational skills—you can manage multiple priorities without breaking a sweat.

Excellent written and verbal communication (you know how to explain strategy without jargon overload).

Ability to quickly learn and confidently recommend products and services.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.

Work Schedule As an

Account Executive , you will be required to travel occasionally throughout our footprint to meet business needs. A valid driver's license is required. This position typically follows a Monday–Friday schedule, with occasional evening and weekend commitments as business needs require.
