Role Description

The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving revenue growth, managing a sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, and achieving sales targets. Additional responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with other departments to meet organizational objectives. The role requires leadership, strategic planning, and a client-focused approach. Qualifications
Sales Development skills, including the ability to generate leads, close deals, and exceed sales targets. Team Management and Leadership abilities to guide, mentor, and motivate a sales team effectively. Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills for building relationships with clients and internal teams. Strategic Planning and Problem-Solving skills to develop sales plans and address challenges proactively. Excellent knowledge of the healthcare industry, with previous experience in a medical or healthcare-related sales environment preferred. Bachelor’s degree or a related field recommended. Proficiency in CRM and sales software. Demonstrated ability to work on-site and engage with local clients to drive business partnerships.
