Position Overview As a UPS Services Inside Sales Specialist, you will be a key partner for both Service and Product Sales Managers from our Eaton Agency Sales team. You will help grow our business by administering all aspects of the sales cycle, developing business relationships, expanding our customer base, and responding to customer needs and inquiries. Timely and effective communication between all stakeholders is key to success in this role. You will need excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage a variety of concurrent tasks and information, all while providing persistent follow-up and follow-through to deliver an exceptional level of customer service to internal and external customers.

Reporting Relationship The Inside Service Sales role reports to the Service Sales Manager, Agency Sales.

Responsibilities/Accountabilities

Facilitate service contract renewals, warranty conversions, equipment modification requests, battery service orders, and power quality equipment replacements.

Assess service-related issues and act as a liaison between customers and Sales Managers; elevate when necessary.

Proactively communicate with customers to ensure seamless interactions, especially regarding emergency situations.

Provide scope of work for service orders.

Develop bills of material and costing based on customer requirements.

Utilize our ERP/CRM (IFS) to generate quotes and perform follow-up functions, including order entry and responding to customer inquiries.

Utilize and maintain Eaton Growthpoint lead tracking tool.

Work collaboratively with Sales Managers to support and grow business relationships with end-users and their representatives.

Provide input to Sales Managers to develop and implement plans to exceed revenue and gross margin goals.

Create and submit weekly sales pipeline and activity reports to HM Cragg sales team and Eaton area managers.

Create periodic business review presentations for HM Cragg sales team and Eaton area managers.

Support sales and marketing efforts by creating content for services related sales communications to be sent to customer base on periodic basis.

Skills/Knowledge

Technical aptitude and an attitude of continuous learning

Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills

Strong interpersonal and superior listening skills

Attention to detail and superior time management

Strong knowledge of Microsoft Suite of products including Excel, Word and PowerPoint required

CRM software proficiency preferred

Some knowledge of single and three phase UPS and battery technology preferred

Education and Experience

4 year degree, or equivalent work experience

2+ years in a technical support and/or service environment

Travel expectations Occasional, limited travel within geography as necessary

Salary: $70000 - $92000 per year
