
The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for selling foundation waterproofing supplies in the homebuilding market. This involves developing relationships with homebuilders and remodeling contractors and managing accounts through project planning, scheduling, and addressing any challenges. The successful candidate must have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
Identify and solicit business from new clients
Service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts
Build and maintain relationships with current and potential clients
Monitor market trends and volume to focus sales efforts effectively
Submit activity and results reports to management
Resolve customer complaints and provide recommendations
Monitor competition for pricing and product information
Complete bids, estimates, and drawings using proprietary software
Work closely with administrative staff for accuracy and scheduling
Travel to job sites for site readiness and project oversight
Generate new business through cold calling
Qualifications
2+ years of proven results in sales, degree recommended but not required
Strong written and oral communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Willingness to travel within the city and surrounding areas
Comfort working in confined spaces
Compensation / Benefits
The Base Salary is negotiable around $50,000-$65,000 + uncapped commission.
OTE is expected to be $85K+
