Role Description This is a full‑time Account Executive role based on‑site in the Greater Phoenix Area. The Account Executive will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships, driving new business development, and meeting sales targets. Additional tasks include identifying market opportunities, conducting presentations, managing client accounts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong experience in Sales, Account Management, and Business Development
Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strategic thinking and problem‑solving skills to identify and act on market opportunities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Willingness to work on-site in the Greater Phoenix Area
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Experience in the food, beverage, or coffee industry is a plus
Proficiency in CRM software or sales tools is advantageous
