Complete Matthewsstructured training program focused on capital markets, underwriting, and debt origination
Proactively reach out to owners of commercial real estate toidentifyfinancing opportunities
Assistin developing andmaintainingrelationships with commercial real estate lenders and capital providers
Perform financial analysis, underwriting, and debt sizing for investment real estate
Prepare and present financing materials, market insights, and underwriting analyses to clients
Maintainaccuraterecords of client, prospect, and lender activity within Matthews’sproprietary CRM
Leverage Matthewstechnology, data, and tools to source and execute financing opportunities
Collaborate closely with Market Leaders and senior team members to execute an effective business plan
Completeadditionalresponsibilities as assigned by management
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong interest in commercial real estate finance and capital markets
Competitive, motivated, and goal-oriented mindset
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Solid mathematical aptitude with the ability to perform financial analysis and underwriting
Ability to learn and communicate financial concepts clearly
Professional work ethic, integrity, and coachability
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
