Salary:
$50K-$60K per year
Our client is a commercial window treatment company seeking an administrative professional to join their team as a Commercial Window Treatment Estimator. This is a full-time, in-office position that includes data entry, bid preparation, email correspondence, pricing adjustments, and managing details via software.
What You’ll Be Doing
Communicating with General Contractors to receive job specifications
Inputting data into estimating software
Sourcing manufacturer pricingManaging bid deadlines and winning projects through accurate, timely quotes
Building relationships with General Contractors and occasionally manufacturers
Learning the industry-specific processes through on-the-job training
What You’ll Need
Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software
Administrative or client-facing professional experience
Excellent communication and attention to detail
Construction industry experience is helpful but not required
A proactive and personable approach to client interactions

Time Off: 22 days per year (includes 5 PTO days after 90 days + paid company time)
