
Our client is seeking a Brand Deployment Analyst to join their team! This position is located in Remote Neenah, Wisconsin.
Responsibilities
Manage deployment of finished goods across manufacturing plants, distribution centers, and third-party facilities to meet service and cost objectives
Partner with Production Planning to align inventory deployment with production schedules and proactively mitigate supply risks
Maintain accurate planning and master data within ERP systems, ensuring timely updates for product or supply changes
Monitor inventory health, including slow-moving and excess stock, to minimize obsolescence and meet inventory targets
Coordinate supply changes, production timelines, and promotional activity with cross-functional partners such as: Operations, Marketing, Packaging, Vendors
Optimize deployment strategies using best practices (e.g., truck cube utilization, transportation mode selection, regional sourcing)
Analyze constraints and recommend data-driven solutions to improve service levels and cost efficiency
Support new product launches, rollovers, and special projects impacting logistics and supply chain performance
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer service
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field
Experience with SAP and/or Kinaxis (Maestro/RapidResponse)
Working knowledge of supply chain planning, inventory management, and distribution operations
Experience managing customer service expectations and balancing service versus cost
Exposure to inventory optimization and cost‑savings initiatives
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Familiarity with mill and distribution center (DC) operations
Employee‑Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP)

The approximate pay range for this position is between
$14.00 and $20.00.
