We are looking for a highly skilled Email Marketing Manager to join our team on a long-term contract basis. This position involves crafting and executing effective email marketing strategies while leveraging platforms like Klaviyo to optimize campaigns. Based in El Segundo, California, this role offers the flexibility of remote work, with occasional in-person sessions if local to the area. Responsibilities

Develop and execute email marketing campaigns that align with company objectives and target audiences. Utilize Klaviyo to design, manage, and analyze campaign performance, ensuring optimal engagement and conversion rates. Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling email content, including design, copy, and visuals. Monitor campaign metrics and generate detailed reports to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Stay up-to-date with industry trends in email marketing, particularly within the beauty and pet sectors. Optimize email workflows and segmentation strategies to enhance personalization and user experience. Manage email lists, ensuring accurate segmentation and compliance with data protection regulations. Conduct A/B testing to refine strategies and improve campaign outcomes. Work closely with e-commerce platforms like Shopify to integrate email marketing efforts. Provide recommendations for improving processes and tools to achieve better results. Requirements

Proven experience in email marketing, with a strong track record of successful campaigns. Proficiency in Klaviyo and familiarity with other email marketing platforms. Knowledge of the beauty or pet industries, with experience in crafting campaigns for these markets. Strong analytical skills to interpret campaign data and adjust strategies accordingly. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities for working with cross‑functional teams. Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms such as Shopify is a plus. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. Solid understanding of email design principles and best practices for deliverability. Innovation starts with people.
