This is an in-office position based in Conroe, TX.

OVERVIEW The Digital Marketing Specialist will play a key role in supporting and executing integrated marketing strategies that elevate brand awareness, drive lead generation, and support business development efforts. This position bridges the gap between strategic planning and hands‑on execution by developing content, managing digital campaigns, supporting product marketing initiatives, and analyzing performance data. The Digital Marketing Specialist works closely with the Marketing Manager and cross‑functional teams to ensure brand consistency and impactful communication across all platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Design and produce high‑quality visual assets for digital and print, including social media graphics, product sheets, brochures, trade show materials, presentations, and sales collateral

Develop branded marketing campaigns with a strong visual identity across email, web, social media, and print platforms

Create compelling layout designs for case studies, landing pages, advertisements, and technical sell sheets using Adobe Creative Suite

Lead visual storytelling for product launches and promotional initiatives, ensuring graphics clearly communicate technical value and performance

Manage and design social media content, including branded graphics, campaign visuals, and content calendars

Ensure brand consistency across all creative materials, maintaining typography, color standards, and visual guidelines

Design booth graphics, signage, and promotional materials for tradeshows, customer events, and conferences

Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to translate technical information into clear, visually engaging marketing assets

Support campaign reporting by reviewing performance metrics and identifying opportunities to improve creative effectiveness

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field

3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B, industrial, or technical environments

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, analytics, and performance tracking

Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office Suite required; Canva experience a plus

Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to translate technical information into clear, engaging content

Experience managing and creating content for social media and digital platforms

Detail‑oriented with strong organizational and project management skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work independently

Collaborative team player comfortable working cross‑functionally across departments
