Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Outside Sales role located in Corpus Christi, TX. The role involves providing exceptional customer service while demonstrating and educating customers on Window World TX products. You will be responsible for generating sales by following leads, conducting in-home consultations, and providing accurate product recommendations tailored to each customer’s specific needs. The role also includes documenting sales, meeting sales targets, and maintaining accurate records to support the customer relationship management process.
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and colleagues
Customer service and consultative selling skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences
Proven sales and sales management experience, with the ability to achieve and exceed sales goals
Ability to learn quickly and participate in ongoing training programs
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Experience in home improvement or construction sales is a plus
