Enter and process customer orders accurately in the system Verify pricing, quantities, promotions, and confirmations Communicate with customers, brokers, and sales reps regarding order updates, delays, or changes Coordinate with production and scheduling teams to meet delivery deadlines Monitor inventory levels and notify customers of shortages or adjustments Process order revisions and sample requests Review customer deductions and submit documentation to accounting Maintain clear communication between Sales, Production, Traffic, and Warehouse teams What We're Looking For
Previous customer service experience required Strong communication skills (written and verbal) Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time-management skills Basic understanding of accounting principles (A/P & A/R) preferred Professional, dependable, and able to work independently and as part of a team Why Apply?
