
Job Description
This role sits at the intersection of UX writing and product design—helping users stay informed, engaged, and secure while interacting with our platform.
Play a key role in shaping the way Client communicates highly visible, critical information, ensuring clarity, accessibility, and consistency across touchpoints.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and execution.
Ensures user-friendly messaging for design flows, helping applicants, clients, and/or Teammates securely and seamlessly complete banking tasks with confidence and ease.
Must Haves
5+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, digital marketing, copywriting, or related field
Understanding of UX, content design, and information architecture.
Familiarity with A/B testing, user research, and performance analytics.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment.
Ability to lead complex content strategies and translate ambiguous requirements and constraints into clear, scalable content patterns
Nice to Have Skills
Experience in financial institutions, specifically retail banking
Experience with CMS, design tools like Figma, and collaboration tools like Miro
