Grand Rapids, MI . This individual will serve as a key support partner to the Account Executives, managing RFQs, coordinating project details, and communicating directly with customers to ensure accuracy, responsiveness, and successful product launches.
What You Will Be Doing
Complete and manage Request for Quotes (RFQs) by gathering detailed information including materials, dimensions, quantities, packaging, and shipping, ensuring accuracy before pricing review.
Track RFQs from start to finish, coordinating with sales, engineering, operations, and purchasing to confirm all information is complete and aligned.
Read and interpret blueprints at a basic level to support quoting accuracy and customer requirements.
Communicate directly with prospects and customers regarding quotes, samples, updates, and project details.
Support Account Executives with product launches, current customer needs, and new business development initiatives.
What We Need From You
Bachelor’s degree or comparable experience with 2–3 years in sales support, customer service, or inside sales.
Experience in completing and tracking RFQs with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to read blueprints at a basic level with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
