Our mission is to support individuals in achieving balance and cultivating a healthier lifestyle. We are committed to fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for all participants. Role Description

In this role, you will be the heart of our student and client experience, focusing on building authentic relationships and creating engaging pathways for our community to deepen their practice with us. Your primary goal will be to nurture our studio community by creatively connecting students with the right offerings—whether that is signing up for a monthly membership, enrolling in a transformative retreat, or committing to a teacher training or certification program. Greet and engage with members and guests during in-studio days, creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere. Conduct check-ins with current members to ensure they feel supported and connected to the community. Be willing to meet with clients in person (at the studio or at community events) to discuss their wellness goals and how Thrive can support them. Develop and implement creative strategies to engage students and encourage them to deepen their commitment through monthly memberships. Actively promote and drive enrollment for retreats, specialized workshops, teacher trainings, and certification programs. Communicate the value of our offerings clearly and enthusiastically to the right audiences. Collaborate on marketing initiatives to highlight membership benefits and signature programs.
Wellness Knowledge & Continuous Learning:
Maintain a working knowledge of yoga, mind/body/spirit wellness, and the various services Thrive offers (alignment work, nutritional guidance, life coaching, etc.). Demonstrate a willingness to learn and grow. Thrive will provide or pay for courses and trainings to help you further your education and refine your skills in wellness, sales, and community building.

Assist with maintaining studio schedules and supporting project coordination as needed. Contribute to marketing initiatives, including social media content that highlights community stories and upcoming programs. Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and successful execution of special events and programs.

Proficiency with office productivity tools, scheduling software, and basic digital marketing platforms (social media, email). Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaboratively during in-studio days. Willingness to meet with clients in person and represent Thrive in the community. Existing knowledge of or strong interest in yoga, wellness, fitness, or mind/body practices. Experience in sales, membership development, or program enrollment (particularly in a wellness or fitness setting). Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus, but not required.
