About the Opportunity:
Little Bridge Search is the recruitment partner for a globally successful, international Travel Operator as they launch their FIRST US office and sales operation in the Orlando area.
This client has 15+ years of growth, 250+ global employees, and has already proven the “playbook” through two successful international launches. Now they’re bringing that momentum to the US — and they’re hiring the foundational team who will set the tone.

Compensation & Benefits
Compensation overview (clear + honest):
Commission is uncapped and tied to margin within booked holidays/packages
Monthly pay is the higher of: your base OR your earned commission total (details and examples shared during the interview process)
Full-time, on-site in Altamonte Springs
Shift coverage will include a mix of schedules such as: 9:00–5:30, 12:00–8:00, and 2:00–10:00
Key Responsibilities
Service inbound enquiries and convert warm leads into bookings (phone + email/web enquiries)
Build rapport quickly, uncover customer needs, recommend the right cruise + land holiday solution, and close
Offer alternatives confidently when the first option isn’t the right fit
Work to clear KPIs (conversion, quality, productivity) in a high-energy, performance-led environment
Produce accurate quotes, pricing calculations, and booking admin with excellent attention to detail
Collaborate with internal support teams to ensure a smooth customer journey
Essential Qualifications
Proven call center sales experience OR travel sales experience (phone-based, KPI-driven)
Strong closer with consultative selling skills (you sell value, not just price)
Able to handle targets, pressure, objections — and still deliver a high-quality customer experience
Comfortable working weekends and rotating shifts (5 days over 7)
