This internship is designed to offer hands-on exposure to unclaimed property consulting by supporting day-to-day administrative activities and observing how consultants manage client engagements. The Intern will develop foundational knowledge of unclaimed property compliance processes while building professional skills in a collaborative consulting environment. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Provide general administrative support to the Unclaimed Property team, including data entry, document preparation, and file organization. Assist with gathering, organizing, and maintaining documentation related to unclaimed property projects. Support consultants with routine administrative tasks to help ensure projects are completed accurately and on schedule. Maintain organized records and assist with tracking project materials and internal deliverables. Sit in on select client calls, internal meetings, and training sessions to gain exposure to consulting practices and project management. Learn basic unclaimed property concepts, terminology, and compliance workflows through hands-on support and observation. Assist with special projects and other tasks as assigned to support team needs. Track and respond to phone and email communications from recipients of issued letters, maintaining detailed documentation, and ensuring consistent follow-through. Perform other duties as assigned. Education and Qualifications: Currently pursuing or recent graduate of an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. No prior professional experience required; administrative, office, or internship experience is a plus. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Ability to follow instructions, manage time effectively, and work in a team-oriented environment.
