We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a contract basis in Shawano, Wisconsin. This role involves assisting customers with inquiries, processing applications, and ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for all stakeholders. Responsibilities: Respond to inbound customer inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring satisfaction. Process applications accurately and efficiently, following established procedures. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions using provided systems. Handle both inbound and outbound calls to address questions and resolve concerns. Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and streamline processes. Provide support for order entry tasks, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. Identify and escalate issues requiring additional attention or resolution. Deliver exceptional service while adhering to organizational policies and standards. Requirements: Previous experience in customer service, call center, or administrative roles. Strong computer skills, including proficiency with data entry and relevant software. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Ability to handle inbound and outbound calls with attention to detail. High attention to detail and accuracy in processing information. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Experience in non-profit organizations is a plus. Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
