Credit Card Specialist

As the Credit Card Specialist, you will be directly responsible for the administrative work to support central lending functions. Credit Card Specialist Job Responsibilities: Perform any and all administrative processes as assigned in relation to any operational activities pertaining to the credit card program, including review, analysis and processor Conduct Credit Card trainings Responsible for performing audits on credit card files Process new and replacement credit cards with daily workflow to included name changes, credit increases, balance transfer or any credit card related issues Generates monthly reports of credit card maintenance and production Responsible for processing payments, adjustments, and overall maintenance of Credit Card portfolio Communicates regularly with the Credit Card vendors Assists with monthly audit reports May include inbound/outbound calling in relation to anything that supports our sales and services culture, with focus on credit card functions Credit Card Specialist Experience: Six months to two years of similar or related experience, including time spent in preparatory positions Bilingual preferred Credit Card Specialist Education: High school degree or GED required Credit Card Specialist Schedule: Monday through Friday Great Benefits Package!
