For our Supply Chain department, we are looking for immediate or by-agreement support from a motivated Export Specialist (a) 80% -100%.
Your Responsibilities
Handling export, domestic, and cross-trade shipments for project and accessory deliveries worldwide
Processing test material, replacement, return, and repair shipments worldwide
Monitoring and preparing orders prior to shipment with regard to payment and delivery terms (advance payment, letters of credit, transport insurance, Incoterms, VAT)
Preparing and applying for certificates of origin and insurance certificates
Passing on export-relevant information to internal and external customers
Liaising and negotiating with freight forwarders, banks, chambers of commerce, insurance companies, and customs authorities
Your Profile
Completed commercial apprenticeship or equivalent qualification
Further training in export / import / foreign trade (e.g. qualification as a foreign trade specialist)
Several years of experience in order processing and export operations
Knowledge of customs tariff classification, origin, customs procedures, and economic regulations of the EU and EFTA / free trade agreements
Experience in using ERP systems and export/import processing systems (e.g. ExpoWin, ImpoWin, ExpoVit, SAP-GTS)
Experience in an internationally active company with a global focus is an advantage
Fluent German and English, both written and spoken; additional languages are an advantage
