Job Description
- Define and lead the enterprise strategy for advanced analytics and AI, aligning initiatives to business priorities and measurable outcomes.
- Partner with data science and engineering leaders to shape predictive and generative AI solutions, providing strategic and architectural guidance without being hands?on in model development or algorithms.
- Translate complex analytics and AI concepts into clear, actionable insights for executive leadership and senior stakeholders.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, influencing decisions through strong business acumen and data?driven recommendations.
- Oversee a portfolio of analytics and AI initiatives, balancing innovation, governance, and enterprise scalability.
- Drive adoption by embedding analytics and AI capabilities into core business processes and decision workflows.
- Establish executive governance, prioritization, and delivery cadence to ensure cross?functional alignment.
- Lead, mentor, and develop senior analytics, product, or translation leaders, building enterprise?wide analytics and AI fluency.
Qualifications
- 8+ years of leadership experience in analytics, data, product, or technology?adjacent roles, including managing senior professionals and cross?functional teams.
- Strong working knowledge of machine learning and AI concepts, including predictive, prescriptive, and generative approaches, with the ability to evaluate use cases, interpret model outputs, and discuss trade?offshands?on algorithm development not required.
- Proven experience translating analytics and AI capabilities into business impact and influencing senior leadership decisions.
- Demonstrated success driving enterprise adoption of analytics or AI solutions in complex organizations.
- Excellent executive communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics and guide decision?making.
- Strong business acumen and comfort operating in ambiguous, fast?moving environments.
