
5+ years of experience managing marketing, CRM, or customer databases - preferably within or working closely with the CRM/Marketing organization.
Proficient in SQL, Oracle, Access, Excel (macros).
Previous experience with Microstrategy.
Must be familiar with all phases of software application testing, specifically UAT to help create use cases and scripts for QA department.
Experience with both structured and unstructured data and analytics to drive a personalized customer experience and marketing automation.
Candidate must be a self-starter and able to take on the role of primary project manager for key projects.
Flexibility and ability to juggle multiple projects and changing priorities in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills with an ability to gather requirements and provide training to non-technical users.
Capable of reducing large multi-dimensional data sets into more manageable, insightful, and interpretable data. Must have in-depth knowledge of database structure and how data flows between systems.
